Los Angeles Will Welcome the Museum of Ice Cream

There’s a new museum coming to Los Angeles that is sure to melt your heart — that is if you are an ice cream lover.
Next month, just in time for spring, the Museum of Ice Cream will open in Los Angeles, according to Los Angeles Magazine and it looks like it will land on the West Side.
“The insanely popular art installation/big kid playground/shrine to frozen dairy opened in New York last summer and sold 30,000 tickets in five days… According to online job postings, the new location appears to be in Santa Monica or Venice Beach,” writes Chris Nichols.
And, if New York is any indication, the new Ice Cream Museum is sure to be a sweet playground.

“Sponsors of the original show included the dating app Tinder, which created a Neapolitan ice cream sandwich swing and a giant scoop-shaped teeter-totter balanced on a mound of melting strawberry,” reports Nichols.
Let’s hope they also reincarnate the ball pit filled with sprinkles and the wall of waffle cones — am I right?
