When deciding where to visit on your international travels, it can be tough to pick which destinations are the most intriguing. Luckily for those who struggle with decision-making, a list naming the top tourist cities in the world may have made the process much easier.

According to the United Nations World Tourism Organization, the city most visited by international travelers was Hong Kong with 25.6 million tourists in 2013, a 7.6 percent increase from the previous year.

The only city in the United States on the list was New York City. The Big Apple hosted an estimated 11.9 million international tourists in 2013, a two-percent increase over the previous year.

Below is the full top 10 list and each city’s 2013 visitor totals, via UNWTO Tourism Highlights, 2014 Edition:

1. Hong Kong, China: 25.6 million

2. Singapore: 22.5 million

3. Bangkok, Thailand: 17.5 million

4. London, England: 16.8 million

5. Paris, France: 15.2 million

6. Macau, China: 14.3 million

7. New York City, United States: 11.9 million

8. Shenzhen, China: 11.7 million

9. Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia: 11.2 million

10.  Antalya, Turkey: 11.1 million

Of all the cities on list, the biggest mover was Macau, China. The gambling paradise earned the fourth most amount of money of any city in 2013, drawing in a whopping $51.6 billion. That is an 18 percent increase over the previous year.

In addition to determining the most popular cities, the UNWTO Tourism Highlights, 2014 Edition also breaks down the world’s top tourism destinations by country. In 2013, the top-10 nation destinations in order were: France, United States, Spain, China, Italy, Turkey, Germany, United Kingdom, Russia and Thailand.

Overall, there were an estimated 1.087 billion international tourists in 2013 who spent an astounding $1.16 trillion.

The United States was the leader in money earned via international travel with $139.6 billion. Spain and France also earned substantial amounts, finishing second and third with $60 billion and $56 billion respectively.
