When it comes to cute destinations, there's never any need to rush.
The Costa Rica Animal Rescue Center in Alajuela specializes in sloth rescue and return, but apparently the furry little friends need more than just room and board as they are nursed back to health. The sloths also need nurturing (read: hugs, loves, cuddles and general snuggling), and they might just need you to pitch in.

Eco-friendly tourism is trendy in a culture that seems ready, willing and suddenly able to atone for the actions of previous generations who wanted experiences, but didn't necessarily understand the consequences of invading various ecosystems.

This experience not only allows travelers to get up close and really personal with an adorable animal they might have otherwise never seen outside of a zoo, but takes it a step further by aiding that animal in rehabilitating and getting back into his natural habitat.
