The Super Bowl means fatty appetizers, snarky comments during the commercials and lots of cold beer.
It also means the end of the football season.
Thankfully, website WalletHub compiled some intriguing facts and came up with the absolute best cities for football. If you were every planning a future trip to honor that most special of American pastimes, then you would do well to visit its post entitled “2017’s Best & Worst Cities for Football Fans.”

The website ranked various cities based on criteria that would matter to super fans, such as: number of NFL teams in the area, ticket price to said games, number of college teams, popularity and general fan engagement.
Well, before the Super Bowl’s actual kickoff the numbers are in, and it’s Green Bay that takes the proverbial cake when it comes to football fandom, followed by Pittsburgh, New York, Dallas and Boston.
