David Beckham recently announced he's setting up a new Major League Soccer franchise. And he's clearly been hard at work on his latest venture as he was seen returning home from Miami following a few days of business meetings.
The former soccer player dressed down in a black T-shirt and blue jeans as he walked through Miami Airport before flying home on March 27.
The 38-year-old also plans to build a soccer stadium (photo here) on a spit of land in the port area in South Florida, across a footbridge from American Airlines Arena, where the Heat, the professional basketball team, plays.
Despite initial opposition from Royal Caribbean Lines and other quarters, the project has a chance to transform the entire look of the port area and Bayside.
David recently returned from Brazil, where he has been filming a documentary in the Amazon rainforest. He's becoming quite the jetsetter as of late.
What do you think? Will David's new stadium attract more tourists to South Florida? Are you for or against the project?
