Mario Lopez reportedly tried to cut the customs line in Puerto Vallarta by making sure everyone knew he was a celebrity. According to the New York Daily News, airport employees were prompted to make a separate line for first-class passengers.
Mario, 40, was then ushered to the front of that line, due to his celebrity status, the report claims.
However, a source tells E! Online that none of this is true. Well, Mario was in Mexico with his family during the holidays and did go through customs at the airport, but he never demanded special treatment.
The witness, who had his or her eyes on Mario the entire time, said no such line was ever formed.
A rep for Mario slammed the report, saying: "Mario would not, and has never behaved, in such a manner. He was traveling with his mother, wife, daughter and newborn. This accusation is ridiculous."
Despite the "ridiculous" accusation, Mario had a great time on his getaway with mom Elvia, wife Courtney, their 3-year-old daughter, Gia, and their 5-month-old son, Dominic, at the Garza Blanca Preserve Resort & Spa. They stayed for about a week at the luxury oceanfront resort.
What do you think? Should celebrities get special treatment at the airport? Should anyone in first class get special treatment when going through customs?
