Disney Introduces ‘Minnie Vans’ Transportation Service

Disney announced a new transportation service during the D23 Expo 2017 that will feature vehicles resembling Minnie Mouse to transport guests around the Walt Disney World Resort.
Starting in July, visitors heading to Disney’s Boardwalk Resort and Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resorts will be eligible to catch a ride in their own private Disney “Minnie Van” right from their smartphone.
For tourists looking to fully immerse in the Disney experience, renting a Minnie vehicle will entail a Disney cast member arriving at the resort and driving the visitors anywhere they wish at the Resort in a magically whimsical way.
“Since we’re all about exceeding guest expectations and making every aspect of your vacation uniquely Disney, we’re creating a new point-to-point transportation service in a way that only Disney can do,” Walt Disney Parks & Resorts chairman Bob Chapek said in a statement.

The seven-passenger Minnie Vans come equipped with child car seats when needed, making them a more viable option for families than Uber or Lyft. It will also be a viable alternative to Disney's Express Transportation, buses, boats and monorails.
As for the prices, Theme Park Insider is reporting they will cost around $20 a ride.
