Bravo's "Real Housewives" all have a few things in common — they look fabulous, they aren't afraid of confrontation and they're travel experts. Here are few tips from the housewives that we can all use on our summer vacation.
Travel With A Glam Squad
Fans learned a lot from Erika Jayne/Erika Girardi during her inaugural season on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills." We found out how to "pat the puss," confirmed "being broke sucks, and being rich is a lot better" and discovered a lifetime's worth of #travelgoals. Erika doesn't just have her own private plane, she has her own glam squad that travels with her everywhere! During their time in Dubai, Erika was even generous enough to share her team with some of the other ladies. Maybe the real lesson here is if you can't afford your own entourage, become friends with someone who can.

Bring Your Spouse Along
They might seem vapid and vain, but there is one thing "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" take seriously, it's their families. When asked to pick the one thing that makes a perfect vacation, Kathryn Edwards and Lisa Rinna agreed no trip is complete without their husbands. “Being there with my husband and my kids, is what truly makes the experience, no matter the destination," Lisa said. Kathryn shared Rinna's sentiment admitting, "it's all about always traveling with my husband, Donnie!”
Don't Forget To Pack The Essentials
"Real Housewives of Dallas" stars Cary Deuber and Stephanie Hollman might "do things bigger" when it comes to their wardrobes and homes, but for their carry-ons, they keep it simple. When asked to share their travel essentials, hand-sanitizing wipes, headphones, a hairbrush, sunglasses, sunblock and lip gloss topped their list.
Make The Reservations So You Can Get The Best Room
Each season in each city, the women embark on a trip that forces them to interact with only each other, while hungry and jet lagged. This is the perfect recipe for drama, which often starts as soon as they have to divvy up the rooms in whatever private estate they've rented. During season 7 of RHONY, Ramona Singer and Sonja Morgan made sure they scored the perfect room in Turks and Caicos, much to the chagrin of their fellow housewives. One way to avoid fighting for a room is to book the trip yourself because, typically, the other ladies will let you have dibs on the room you want.

Plan Your Daily Outfits Ahead
It's not just Heather Dubrow's life that is close to perfect, her suitcase is packed that way, too. When creating a packing strategy for her annual "Housewives" getaway, Heather is always uber organized. "I lay out my outfits for every day that I’m there and all the events I have, and I take pictures of everything with the accessories," Heather explained. "Sometimes I’ll put in one extra, just-in-case outfit. But I plan for every day, every event, and that’s it. It’s so good to be organized. Once you get there, it’s easy." The housewives' actions aren't always enviable, but fans can definitely learn a thing or two from their travel habits!
