As Halloween approaches, thrill seekers have haunted houses on the mind. To help travelers find the best scary attractions, HauntedHouses.com has unveiled its 2015 list of the Top 13 Haunted Houses in America.
HauntedHouses.com is one of the top websites for real haunted houses, haunted places, ghost towns and paranormal sites in the United States. The company’s official website maintains an up-to-date directory of haunts, photos, videos and more.
To determine which attractions deserved to be on the list of best haunted houses this year, the staff looked at the owners and operators to find standouts in innovation, creativity and the overall scariness of their facilities.
HauntedHouses.com representative James Olmsted released a statement about the website’s 2015 list, saying, “A lot of research went into compiling the list. We've left no stone unturned and picked haunts from every corner of the country. If a good fright gets your heart pumping, these are the spots for you.”
