3 Five-Star Hotels You Can Book on a Budget
Hotel & Resort Patrick Clarke November 07, 2015

Everyone should experience a five-star hotel or resort at least once in their life.
With some help from members-only travel club, Secret Escapes, which runs flash sales on high-end hotels around the globe, we've rounded up three five-star accommodations that won't break the bank.
Buccament Bay Resort
Where: Layou, St. Vincent and the Grenadines
Highlights: Beach, Sports and Performing Arts Academies, Kids Club,
Set along white sandy beaches in the Caribbean, Buccament Bay Resort is an all-inclusive luxury hotel offering suites as well as one-, two- and four-bedroom villas equipped with plunge pools.

In addition to a business center and fitness center, the resort is home to a four-suite spa and boutique selling gifts and apparel. Buccament Bay also features separate sports and performing arts academies opening up doors not often found at a vacation resort.
For kids age 13 and up, Club 61 offers all sorts of entertainment, including movies, music and games. And for younger children, a kids club is available to provide supervision and activities throughout the day.
Although the all-inclusive perk comes with a hefty price tag ($635 per night), Secret Escapes members can lock in a rate as low as $211 per night.
The Landing Resort and Spa
Where: Lake Tahoe, California
Highlights: Jimmy's Restaurant, Wine Cellar Bar and Lounge, Full Service Spa
This award-winning boutique resort was recently recognized by Conde Nast Travelers readers as the No. 1 resort in California and one of the 25 best resorts in America for 2015.
Whether staying in a guestroom or lakefront suite, there's a whole lot to love. Although there's fun to be had in surrounding Lake Tahoe year-round — from skiing and snowboarding in the winter to hiking and biking in the summer — you don't have to leave the Landing to enjoy yourself.
On-site offerings include a wine cellar bar and lounge, a full service spa, an outdoor pool and a lakeview patio equipped with multiple fire pits.
Plus, Jimmy's Restaurant is there to provide wood-fired Greek and local cuisine.
Rates start at more than $200 per night for this resort. However, discounted rates on Secret Escapes are likely to be found for as low as $164 daily beginning next week.
Park Lane Hotel
Where: New York
Highlights: Pet-Friendly, 24-Hour Fitness Center, Daily Hospitality Receptions
At Central Park's Park Lane Hotel you can get away like a celebrity but on a five-figure salary.
This five-star hotel spans an incredible 46 stories, making it the tallest building on Central Park South and meaning the views of nearby Central Park as well as the New York skyline are awfully hard to beat.
One of the coolest luxury amenities offered at the Park Lane is the daily hospitality reception (5 p.m. to 7 p.m.) featuring complimentary hors d'oeuvres, wine, beer, water, soda and snacks.
What's more, since it's conveniently located within walking distance of the city's top attractions — including Broadway, museums and shopping — guests staying here won't have to fear missing out on all the Big Apple has to offer.
While rates start around $177 per night, guests booking through Secret Escapes this November could reserve a room for as little as $119 per night.
