America's Coolest Room Service Fare
Hotel & Resort Scott Hartbeck September 14, 2017

If you thought room service was only the domain of time-starved business people getting overcharged for a mediocre club sandwich, think again.
A luxury hotel resort in Palm Desert, California has just unveiled a unique addition to their room service menu that will have food-challenge fans and Instagrammers alike falling over themselves to book a stay.
The JW Marriott Desert Springs has just introduced the DoNUT Disturb package, which includes a huge 10lb donut delivered directly to your room, along with an accompanying set of milkshakes. (Because everybody knows nothing washes down a donut like a milkshake.)
The beast of a donut—which looks like Homer Simpson’s wildest fever dream come to life—is made with layers of Tahitian vanilla cake, raspberry jelly, cream, pink icing, fruity slivers of macarons and neon sprinkles.
Oh, and it costs a mere $219.
But do not fear; if you’re not planning on visiting California before the end of October (when the package comes to an end), or you simply don’t want to drop $200 on room service, here are your best alternatives for some of the coolest room service concepts around the USA.
