Developers Unveil Plans for Philadelphia Boutique Hotel

Hotel & Resort Claudette Covey December 18, 2013

Two real estate development companies, sbe and Dranoff Properties, are teaming up to build a property that will feature 150 boutique hotel rooms and 125 condominiums in Philadelphia.

The 47-story SLS International Hotel and Residences will be located on Broad and Spruce Streets in Center City.

The property will feature restaurants, a spa, fitness center, pool and ballroom/meeting facilities.
