Available year-round, the Stargazing Dinner Experience features a celestial-themed three-course dinner, telescope near the dining table, plus a constellation and star map to guide guests as they explore the night sky at their leisure.

The new fare affair is offered beachside along the Sea of Cortez or at El Mirador that’s perched high atop a cliff overlooking the Sea or Cortez and Land's End. Guests also enjoy the option of dining beachside beneath a cabana.
