First Radisson Blu Planned in Costa Rica

WHY IT RATES: Travelers heading to Costa Rica are expected to have a new hotel option starting in December 2020.—Donald Wood, Breaking News Senior Writer.
Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, one of the world’s largest and most dynamic hotel groups, announced the signing of a new Radisson Blu in Costa Rica today. The hotel will offer 100 rooms and is expected to break ground late 2018 with plans to open in December 2020.
Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Papagayo, Costa Rica will be located in Guanacaste, which is a province in northwestern Costa Rica bordering the Gulf of Papagayo.
This area is known for its breathtaking beaches and the beautiful Santa Rosa National Park, home to a rare dry tropical forest.
