Los Cabos' Hacienda Encantada Resort to Add New Condos, Suites and Amenities

Los Cabos' Hacienda Encantada Resort & Spa has announced a handful of exciting new additions set to be unveiled early next year.
On Thursday, the five-star Mexican resort confirmed that multiple projects are already underway, including the construction of double-unit condos, new guestrooms and suites and a fitness center and spa facility, among others.
The expansion will include a new phase to the resort adding nearly 90 new studio rooms and suites. Guests staying in the new phase, which is expected to be completed in early 2018, will have the choice of staying in a studio room or a two-, three- or four-bedroom suite.
Meanwhile, the rooftop will be loaded with amenities, including a restaurant and bar, an infinity pool and panoramic jacuzzi, a fitness center and a sun terrace. The gym will offer impressive 270-degree views, while the terrace will be equipped with day beds and wet chairs.
The rooftop additions will certainly be welcome given the resort's unrivaled locale.
"Hacienda Encantada is one of the most luxurious resorts I've ever set foot on, but what will really blow people away are the views," said TravelPulse senior editor Michael Schottey, who stayed at the resort last fall. "Stand just about anywhere on the property, and whether you're looking toward the water or away from it, the view will take your breath away."
The new addition will also house a new spa facility offering five private massage suites.
Services available at the new spa will include Pacifica Mare and Mezcal Therapy. The former is a body and facial anti-stress treatment, while the latter comprises an organic facial and wrap treatment.
The existing Residences at Hacienda Encantada Resort & Spa will add eight luxury duplex condos, each of which will be equipped with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining and seating area, a laundry room and a private terrace.

If the condos are anything like the resort's existing accommodations, they're sure to go quickly.
"It doesn't matter whether you're staying in a single room or in one of the massive villas, I can guarantee that you'll be wowed—both by the accommodations and the scenery," added Schottey.
Condo guests will also have access to a shared pool and barbecue area outside.
"It has always been a top priority at Hacienda Encantada Spa & Resort that our guests feel comfortable and at home, while experiencing the luxury amenities we have to offer," Mexico Grand Hotels' Director of Sales & Marketing Gabriel Ibarra said in a statement accompanying Thursday's announcement.
"Now in our tenth year of business, we are pleased to announce these new additions that will cater to the needs and wants of our loyal guests."
