NYLO to Introduce Touch-Based Concierge Apps

NYLO Hotels will debut apps that will enable guests to communicate directly with hotel staff onsite and remotely through a partnership with Monscierge, an international software company specializing in hospitality solutions. The apps will be available for iOS and Android, and Windows for onsite touch-screen concierge devices. They will enable NYLO staff to provide tips and information on weather forecasts and local dining recommendations and the latest happenings at the hotel. The apps will also enable guests to print directions and boarding passes via touch screens located in each property’s lobby.
“We partnered with Monscierge because we wanted our guests to be able to get the very best out of their stay, 24/7,” said NYLO Hotels CEO Michael Mueller. “No other hospitality software company offers this type of technology. It essentially provides NYLO guests with unlimited access to a personal concierge, wherever they go.”
Monscierge applications work by using cloud-based technology that guests may access anywhere through their iOS or Android devices. The applications feature tips, recommendations, and information provided by NYLO staff on where to go, what to do, and how to make the most of their stay. All Monscierge applications update in real time so NYLO staff members can change or add information and alert guests to events taking place at the hotel.
