At Rendezvous St. Lucia, there are 100 guestrooms — 36 Garden View Rooms, 24 Verandah Suites, eight Seaside Suites, 21 Luxury Ocean Front Rooms, eight Ocean Front Cottages and three Luxury Ocean Front Suites. As part of the renovations, the Seaside and Verandah Suites were fully upgraded.

Restaurants, Bars & Entertainment
The five-star resort has three restaurants and three bars.
Malabar Beach Club Restaurant
Malabar Beach Club offers a unique, intimate dining experience overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Guests can enjoy dinner under an open sail, with furniture made from the local Samaan tree and driftwood. The a la carte restaurant offers light cuisine, using local island ingredients and fresh produce from the nearby market. With a capacity for up to 40 guests, Malabar Beach Club accommodates parties of two, four or eight.

The Terrace Restaurant
The Terrace Restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Meals are served buffet-style in an open-air setting. Evening dining features a nightly theme, including beach BBQ and Caribbean menus. Late night snacks are also served on the terrace from 11 p.m.-late.
Opening Times: Breakfast: 7:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m., Lunch: 12:30-2:30 p.m., Dinner: 7:30-9:30 p.m.
Trysting Place
Trysting Place is the resort’s air-conditioned fine dining restaurant serving a French a la carte menu with a West Indian twist. The dress code is smart and reservations are required.
Opening Times: 7 to 9 p.m.
The Terrace Bar
The Terrace Bar serves local favorites and premium brand liquors, with views of the Caribbean Sea.
Opening Times: 12 p.m. to midnight
The Pool Bar
The swim-up Pool Bar offers a range of cocktails for pool guests and beach and garden waiter service.
Opening Times: 9 a.m. to sunset
The Champagne Bar
The Champagne Bar is the ideal setting for a quiet relaxed evening, with a live pianist who plays every night from 9:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.
Opening Times: 7 p.m. until late (when the last couple retires)
Each night in the hotel a wide variety of live entertainment is provided on the terrace. Upon request, the team can arrange candlelit dining on the beach. Whether for a wedding reception, honeymoon celebration or simply for some added romance, a menu will be specially prepared and guests can enjoy their own dedicated beach service team.
