BlueBay Hotels' Blue Diamond Luxury Boutique Hotel in Playa del Carmen, Mexico is ready to help guests hit the reset button on their mind, body and soul this summer.
The all-inclusive, adults-only Riviera Maya resort will host the exclusive six-day Blue Diamond Retreat June 19-24.
Led by fitness specialists Nicole Sweet and Marisa Thrasher, the program will feature a variety of beneficial physical, entertainment and educational activities, including HIIT, Pilates, yoga and meditation as well as outdoor activities designed to bring guests closer to nature.

Activities focusing on the body include wind-down stretching, Barre-less Barre, the I.S.H. Workout, HIIT and active outdoor work while mind-healing exercises will include Pilates, candlelight restorative yoga, spa and wellness services and Yoga Flow.
Other experiences will include a one-on-one session with a licensed nutritionist, a Mayan Temazcal Ceremony, an interactive cooking class with the Blue Diamond chef and cocktails on the beach.
Starting at $1,500 for a double room package Patio Jr. Suite, the retreat includes five nights at the Blue Diamond Luxury Boutique Hotel, roundtrip ground transportation from the airport, a tour of local cenotes, water sports such as kayaking and paddleboarding, a 20 percent discount on spa services and a welcome gift pack, in addition to the aforementioned training sessions and activities.
The single room package Patio Jr. Suite is available for as little $1,850.
