Trump Hotels has revamped its loyalty program, announcing a relaunch of the Trump Card Privileges Program Thursday.
The new and improved program embraces customization, utilizing guest data to personalize the guest experience.
The program keeps track of a guest's room preferences and other interests including hobbies and guilty pleasures. It can even be reminded of a guest's dietary restrictions.

The Trump Card Privileges Program breaks down into three tiers based on the number of qualifying stays. Rewards vary based on the level, but members, exclusive gold members and exclusive platinum members are all eligible to redeem free upgrades and stays.
Benefits for all members also include special welcome amenities, early check-in and late check-out.

The credits that members earn for every night stayed on each stay will automatically be assigned to member profiles as soon as their stay is over. Adding to the convenience, members can then view their credits via the Trump Card Privileges Program Member Portal.
Credits are earned based on the room type category members book — however, redemption values vary by property, Trump Hotels said. What's more, members should keep in mind that credits expire one year after the last earning or redemption activity on their account.
"The Trump Card Privileges Program ensures that guests' needs are met at every Trump Hotels property, every visit," CEO Eric Danziger said in a statement. "It takes hospitality beyond a standard hotel experience by providing a level of customization that has not been seen before — from choosing your pillows to ensuring that your favorite beverage is in your room before you arrive."
