Chinese Airline Mistakenly Books Passengers into S&M Hotel

After a flight delay caused a Chinese airline to book overnight accommodations for its passengers, two women who did not previously know each other were booked into the same hotel room Sunday.
The hotel room, though, happened to be in a love hotel and the date was none other than Valentine’s Day.
According to People's Online Daily in China, the two women were supposed to travel on a Hainan Airlines flight from Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport to Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport in the southwest portion of China when weather caused a delay.
To help the stranded passengers, Hainan Airlines offered complimentary rooms at a nearby hotel which turned out to be a per-hour, short-stay love hotel that featured sex chairs, chains and wrist and ankle cuffs.
One of the passengers shared the images of the love hotel room online, drawing a full apology from Hainan Airlines. The South China Morning Post shared images of the room on Twitter:

On the company’s official Weibo account, the airline wrote, “The passengers were delayed due to bad weather, and all the hotels were booked out because of Valentine's Day. Our hotel booking representative couldn't secure any room and did not research what a 'themed suite' means.”
