Tourist Bus Crash Kills 1, Injures Others in Norway

A tourist bus in Norway swerved off the road and plunged into a ravine on Saturday, killing one person and injuring two more, the Associated Press reported.
The bus was heading to Trollstigen, a steep, winding road that leads to one of Norway's most popular tourist sites, the Geirangerfjord, AP said.

The vehicle went off the road near the city of Aalesund, which is 340 miles northwest of Norway's capital of Oslo, according to AP.
The Norwegian newspaper VG reported on Sunday morning that the Ukrainian tourist bus was carrying 41 people when it struck a car before veering off the road and overturning.

VG said one man was killed and 14 people were injured. Several people were stuck in the vehicle after the collision.
An official told VG that there is no indication of drunk driving by either the bus driver or the car driver. Police are investigating the incident.
