Jack Grant Appointed Chief Revenue Officer of travAlliancemedia

travAlliancemedia, LLC, the leading travel trade media company in North America, has appointed Jack Grant as Chief Revenue Officer for the company. He will be responsible for the sales and marketing initiatives for all trade media platforms globally and will report directly to Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Mark Murphy, the founder of travAlliancemedia.

Grant’s experience spans several decades, on both the consumer and trade media fronts, with his most recent role as U.S. Group Publisher of Ink Publishing, publishers of United Airlines inflight magazine, Hemispheres, as well as responsibility for the travel category of American Airlines’ America Way magazine. Prior to that, Grant was publisher of Travel Age West and Associate Publisher of Travel Weekly. In addition, Grant was Vice President, Integrated Media, for Hachette Filipacchi, spanning all titles and digital properties of their business where he worked for a decade.

Maura Lee Byrne, another outstanding veteran and current team member, will focus her efforts on travAlliancemedia’s cutting edge training, events and custom publishing platforms. Maura will report to Jack Grant in this new role.
