Pamela Irwin Takes Director Role at Kempinski

Kempinski Hotels announced the appointment of Pamela Irwin as the new director leisure and entertainment sales in North America (West Coast).
In this newly created position, Irwin will be joining Jeff Lanzarotta and the North American team to further share the fine craftsmanship of Kempinski Hotels to the leisure market on the West Coast, where she will also oversee the entertainment segment.
Irwin comes with a wealth of experience in hospitality, but also the agency side.
She has held senior sales roles with Regent Hotels, Disney, Hard Rock and the Kahala Resort in Honolulu. She spent six years with Ensemble Travel Group and was most recently active as vice president sales and marketing for the American Travel Bureau.
Irwin has also served as Chapter President with the American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA) and was recently elected to the National Board of ASTA as Director. She has also recently completed her MBA from Pepperdine University.
Elegant and world-class Kempinski hotels such as The Hotel Adlon Kempinski Berlin, The Emirates Palace Abu Dhabi or the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Munich will become easily accessible to luxury travel professionals with Irwin as a bespoke resource for their needs.
