EU Bombshell:
The European Union is changing the very fabric of how millions will access the Internet in the region as well as make phone calls to loved ones.
According to various reports, the European Parliament voted to ban roaming charges starting in June 2017.
However, the vote also delivered a wallop to net neutrality, essentially opening the door to varied Internet speeds.
