Guests staying in one of the 14 heritage suites at the Chatwal, New York, can now take advantage of new curated experiences.
The hotel has launched a selection of themed activities throughout New York City that correspond with each suite in partnership with tour operator, Localike. Each themed suite, from the penthouse Producer to its namesake Chatwal suite, is paired with an anthology of experiences to show travelers the upscale, unique side of New York.
Options include cultural, culinary and wellness-focused excursions based on the suite guest choose for their visit.
In the Heritage Suite, history buffs can enjoy a two-hour tour through the Theater District that focuses on the neighborhood's Art Deco design. The private journey is led by an art historian and guests will gain exclusive information about the history of landmark sites, including the Chrysler Building and Radio City Music Hall.
For those staying in the Library Suite, there is the chance to experience an exclusive docent-led tour through the Morgan Library & Museum, the former private library of American banker J.P. Morgan built in 1906. The private tour focuses on Morgan's permanent collection of rare books and manuscripts housed at the very center of the building.
The Sanctuary Suite experience takes guests on a journey through either Central Park or Bryant Park to enjoy a full-service picnic featuring New York local cheeses, fresh baguettinis from Balthazar Bakery and sweet treats from the city's top bakeries.
The pampering doesn't stop at private, curated journeys in the city. Suites also include butler service, complimentary use of the spa facilities and fitness center, and complimentary use of the Chatwal-red Mercedes-Benz house car.
