Pleasant Holidays and Journese Expand Airport Hotel Portfolio

Pleasant Holidays and Journese have expanded their airport hotels portfolio, which now extends across the United States and Europe.
Both companies now offer an array of hotels with close proximity to major airports that are available for one-night stays or longer, adding greater convenience for travelers.
“Vacations are great, but traveling itself can be very stressful, even for the most seasoned traveler,” said Jack E. Richards, president and CEO. “Booking a pre-night stay near the departure airport or an arrival-night airport stay for international flights can help ease travelers into their vacation at a calmer, gentler pace.”
There are several reasons clients might be interested in staying at the airport before or after a vacation. One of the most important is to avoid missing a flight.
Traffic delays and inclement weather can often delay airport arrivals and a missed flight on the way to or from a vacation can throw off all scheduling, creating havoc.

Staying close to the airport can also serve to provide more convenient parking options and airport shuttle service for travelers. It also reduces stress, eases the transition between time zones and is ideal for early flights or late-arrivals.
Currently, the Pleasant Holidays and Journese airport portfolio includes the following gateways: Atlanta (ATL), Boston (BOS), Chicago (ORD), Dallas/Ft. Worth (DFW), Denver (DEN), Detroit (DTW), Los Angeles (LAX), Miami (MIA), New York (JFK), San Francisco (SFO) and Seattle (SEA). Europe airport hotels can be booked near these popular hubs: Amsterdam (AMS), Frankfurt (FRA), London (LGW & LHR), Munich (MUC), Paris (CDG) and Rome (FCO).
