Breadcrumbs Turns A Day At the Museum Into a Treasure Hunt

This website will make you feel like Nicolas Cage from “ National Treasure,” roaming a museum in search of both treasure and entertainment.
OK, we guess Breadcrumbs (h/t Lonely Planet), an exciting service that asks you to scour museums, gardens and other locales in search for super cool exhibits, will also have you feeling like Ben Stiller from any number of “Night at the Museum” movies.
The above link takes you a step closer to what is essentially a treasure hunt minus the actual treasure.
Simply, you purchase a hunt and Breadcrumbs will text you clues that will have you scratching your head and walking amid relative splendor.

As noted, each “hunt” turns out to be a clever way to tour the location. Instead of simply walking around, say, Kew Gardens and rubbing your chin in wonder, you now get to amble about solving clues while you immerse yourself in the respective attraction.
At the moment, Breadcrumbs has hunts available in six London locations: Kew Gardens, Natural History Museum, Huntarian Museum, Imperial War Museum, Victoria & Albert Museum and Handel & Hendrix in London.

Clicking on each hunt you find that they will set you back £3.99, or about $5.
In the grand scheme of things, it’s not much when you consider that you will tour some awesome locations while also cracking delightful brainteasers.
While the rest of the tourists are left walking around like zombies you’ll be locked in an immersive experience that will turn a trip to the museum into a moment you will never forget.
