Don’t Miss These Scotland Experiences

Scotland is a destination where people usually choose to enjoy the outdoors. It’s filled with mountains, valleys and beautiful coastlines. Although there might be some cooler weather and cloudy days, it’s worth it to get outside of the hotel room and explore. Collette knows just the activities for you to do on your next trip.
If you’re a dog lover, watching sheepdogs work should be the first thing on the agenda. This type of tour takes place on a farm, and visitors can watch the shepherd command the dogs. The dogs are entertaining to watch as they herd the sheep just as the shepherd asks.
You may even be able to get some quick pets in if time allows after the dogs finish their work.
To learn all about the ancient Loch Ness legends, a visit to Urquhart Castle would be a day well spent. History buffs can tour the ruins and pay a visit to the museum where a castle replica is displayed. The display shows what the castle would have looked like in the 15th century.
No matter what you choose to do, don’t leave the hotel without a camera. There are plenty of photo opportunities throughout this beautiful country.
