The Most Amazing Infinity Pools Around the World

One of my favorite things to experience while staying at a luxury resort or hotel is relaxing at the infinity pool. Who doesn't like an infinity edge pool, right? You sit there basking in the sun, soaking in the moment, watching the water run off to nowhere. The feeling is serene and the experience is relaxing and luxurious. As such, infinity pools have become popular worldwide. They are in some of the world's most notable resorts. Here are a few that I think are beyond spectacular.
Chiang Rai, Thailand: Golden Triangle Resort
This one features beautiful golden flowers that are part of the tile inlay on the bottom of the pool. You can relax under one of the floating huts as you stare out across the valley to take in the mountains that surround you. Surrounded by a lush tropical garden, you are sure to be carefree after you take a dip in this one.
Bali, Indonesia: Murni's Villa
This pool is small and intimate. Surrounded by stone pavers and P shaped, the infinity edge cascades gently toward the forest floor below. From this vantage point high above the trees you can take in some of the most beautiful scenery Bali has to offer. Beautiful skies and beautiful landscape make this one a must see.
Luang Prabang, Laos: Tat Kuang Si Waterfall
What if you could take a dip in a natural infinity pool? Well you can at this all-natural location. The way that the water cascades over the edge of the cliff actually creates its own infinity edge illusion. This will take a bit of hiking to get to, but once you were there the scenery is absolutely breathtaking. The sound of the waterfall could keep you there for hours.
Bali, Indonesia: Alila Ubud Hotel
This infinity pool is located in one of Indonesia's top resorts, but by the surroundings you would not guess so. Perched right on the side of a cliff, the pool overlooks one of the most beautiful tropical mountain scenes you have ever laid your eyes on. Take some time and relax and one of the lounge chairs poolside before you immerse yourself in the natural warmth and spectacular view that Bali is known for.
Waikiki, Hawaii: Sheraton
This is Sheridan property pool is absolutely surreal. As you sit in the swimming pool it actually looks as if it seamlessly integrates with the ocean. It is an illusion, yet one worth experiencing. And the view? Well, let's just say who could get tired of looking at the island in the background and the ocean that stretches for miles around. Very relaxing and stress free, this pool will have you mesmerized.
Infinity pools have certainly made their mark. With so many beautiful options listed, it might be hard to make a decision on which on to try out first. I suggest taping the list to your wall and throwing a dart to pick the location. Or you could do what I have done and write them all on your Bucket List and one by one cross them off.
