The Agent's Corner: One Degree of Difference

My career in travel started out of a genuine passion for vacations—and all that comes with them! I enjoy every stage of the planning process and love helping others make their travel dreams a reality.
My success in the industry comes from providing excellent service while focusing on each client’s unique vacation budget and needs. Unlike booking websites, I go above and beyond to make sure all my customer needs are met and all their questions are answered. That’s personal attention you won’t find anywhere else.
I’ve worked hard to always be available for my customers. I never miss a phone call and even give my clients the option to text me anytime before or during their vacation as well. It sounds simple, but a huge part of my success is always answering my phone.
The best piece of advice I ever received was when an older client once told me to travel now. Travel while I’m young and I have my health and no money he told me. When you are older you have money, but you won’t be able to do the things you could 30 years ago.
The best advice I can give to other travel professionals is to remind them how much difference one degree of effort can make.
“At 211 degrees, water is hot. At 212 degrees, it boils. And with boiling water, comes steam. And with steam, you can power a train.”
