Most people are aware this cruise line is known for their river cruise options, but they also offer a wide range of ocean cruises to such places as Australia, Asia and Northern Europe.

When taking an ocean cruise with a river cruise line, the experience is a bit different. You will not have large casinos and large crowds but more of an intimate experience with lots of elbow room. The cruise will be more destination specific and not only about the entertainment onboard.

The onboard experience will still offer the fine dining and elegant accommodations, but the real action happens in the destination. The shore excursions have been well thought out and the time in the destination is enough for you to really learn a thing or two before moving to the next port.
