Kicking off the alphabetical batch of cruise sales is Crystal Cruises with its “Crystal Clear Choices” summer promotion good through August 31, 2016 on Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony. A choice of three incentives apply to voyages embarking from Oct. 2016 to Dec. 2017: cruise savings of up to $1,000 per stateroom, up to $1,500 per stateroom flight credits when reserved via Crystal’s air department or up to $2,000 per stateroom in onboard credits.
“The added incentives available to travelers for an already value-packed, all-inclusive luxury vacation makes Crystal the clear choice for guests seeking an enriching adventure in some of the world’s most coveted destinations,” said Edie Rodriguez, Crystal’s CEO and president. “Not only is the breadth of savings and perks compelling, but the number and variety of worldwide voyages included in this promotion offers travelers a world of possibility.”
Norwegian Cruise Line has extended its “Free at Sea” offer through July 31, 2016, wherein travelers can book by then and select up to five free cruise perks.
Those who reserve a five-day or longer cruise in an oceanview, balcony or minisuite category will get two of the following five bonuses: free Unlimited Beverages, free Specialty Dining package, free shore excursion credits, a free 250-minute Wi-Fi package or free 3rd and 4th guests on select voyages as part of the line’s “Friends & Family Sail Free” offer. Meanwhile, those booking an inside or studio stateroom can choose one perk from the aforementioned list, and those reserving a suite or The Haven by Norwegian will get all five, valued at up to $2,600.
Just onboard the Pride of America, seven-day cruise guests in any non-suite category of accommodations can choose one of the five following perks: a free one-night pre-cruise hotel stay, a free Specialty Dining Package, free pre-paid service charges for the first and second guest in the cabin, a free $50 per port shore excursion credit in up to four ports, or the “Friends & Family Sail Free” offer on select sailings. Also, guests in a suite will get all five.
Also extended is Norwegian’s European cruise package deal. Travelers who reserve an inside, oceanview, balcony or minisuite aboard select sailings can bundle round-trip air, transfers and a one night pre-cruise hotel stay with prices beginning at only $1,999. Plus, those who buy the package will additionally be able to choose two of the following four perks: free Unlimited Beverages, free Specialty Dining package, free shore excursion credits or a free 250-minute Wi-Fi package.

Special perks include a choice of either a $1,500 per suite Onboard Spending Credit, a two-category suite upgrade or 50 percent off a second suite; the latter two of which extend to select expedition cruises as well. The program applies to reservations made through July 31, 2016 in the Caribbean, Mediterranean, Asia Pacific, South America, Antarctica, Galapagos, Africa and the Indian Ocean.
"The outstanding value proposition of Silver Select has clearly resonated with travelers, and we're delighted to expand the promotion to a selection of additional voyages sailing in 2017," said Mark Conroy, Silversea's managing director for the Americas.
