Rodriguez breaks down what the company has in store for the future, including the first-ever Crystal Residences.
"It's safe to assume with our wait list the day we open up officially for sale I'm certain we will sell out," said Rodriguez, who also reveals how the popular brand builds its itineraries.
"It really starts with listening. We listen to our guests, where they want to go," said Rodriguez. "We follow all of the trends."
Rodriguez also details what sets Crystal apart from the rest of the pack.
"What makes us so special and different is that there's nothing off the shelf," she said. "Literally, a couple can go on one of these journeys together and they will have roughly 93 options within that journey."
