Get your adventure on after the nominations. Go whitewater rafting on the Lehigh River in the Poconos. Brandywine Battlefield Historic Site
This is the site of the largest land battle of the American Revolution. There is a museum, guided tours, a museum shop, hiking, picnic spots and more. There are also a variety of events throughout the year, including reenactments.
Longwood Gardens
Located in Chester County, Longwood Gardens is a place of beauty with one-of-a-kind events, concerts, cuisine and more. It is one of the premier horticultural showplaces in the world with more than 1,000 acres of woodlands, gardens and fountains.

Penn's Cave & Wildlife Park
Glide through a limestone cave in Central Pennsylvania. The cavern tour is a one-hour motorboat ride through this underground stream. You can include the 1,500 acres of Penn's Cave forest for a 90-minute tour, which is a natural habitat for birds, plants and animals.
QVC Studio Tour
Perhaps you've heard of studio tours such as Universal, Warner Brothers and Pinewood, but QVC - yes the shopping channel - also offers studio tours at its U.S. headquarters, which happen to be just outside of Philadelphia. Visitors get behind-the-scenes access on a variety of tours, including the studio walking tour, the behind-the-scenes tour, a tour that includes off-limits portions of the studio area and all-access tour, with visits to the Talent Service Center, the Green Room and more.
