If you are ready to make a change, why not consider a move to Europe, suggests European Best Destinations, a website that promotes travel to Europe. The folks there have some suggestions on where Americans may want to head if they are seeking a new life abroad, starting with Porto, Portugal.

“Porto is definitely one of the most beautiful welcoming and tolerant cities in Europe. It enjoys a gentle climate throughout the year, although mist sometimes gets as far as the Dom Luis I bridge,” the site says.

U.S. travelers will feel right at home in a city that looks similar to San Francisco and is known for gastronomy and wine.

Vienna is another excellent option for those seeking acceptance.

“Open-minded, welcoming, charming, breathtaking, words fail to describe Vienna, one of the most beautiful European cities,” says European Best Destinations. “Vienna is a city visited each year by millions of travelers who especially appreciate its tolerance and quality of life.”

Another open-minded city is Amsterdam.

“Move to Europe with your bike and give yourself a new life in Amsterdam. Work is easy to find and in no time at all you can develop your own business and live a great new adventure,” they recommend.

These are but a few of the many cities that could entice those looking to escape from the U.S. for a little while. For more suggestions, read on here.
