Innovative travel startups looking to break into the travel industry now have a major partner.
Travel technology and solutions provider Amadeus announced the launch of "Amadeus for Startups" today, designed to equip travel startups in North America with the technology and consultative support they need to make their dreams a reality.
Through the program, Amadeus will advise emerging travel startups in a tech-heavy world, bolstered by previous work with a variety of startups and online companies in the industry.
"Amadeus recognizes that the future of travel lies in the innovations and disruptive ideas being generated within the startup community. But travel startups often face distinctive challenges in establishing and growing their business and that's where we can uniquely advise," said Alix Argüelles, vice president of Amadeus North America's Online Travel Group, via a release. "Through Amadeus for Startups, we are aligning the technology, investment and academic communities to offer new travel companies a simplified, affordable consulting partnership that will help ensure they are equipped with the travel and technology solutions and guidance they need."
To strengthen the support, Amadeus has partnered with Travel Startups Incubator-a virtual global travel technology incubator and platform-to fund seed-stage and early-stage travel startups and entrepreneurs, as well as provide a network of advisors, mentors, partners and investors.
Amadeus will grant travel startups access to Amadeus' team of experts and advanced technology solutions, as well as offer opportunities for travel startups to participate in industry training workshops, "startup bootcamps" and educational seminars co-hosted by Amadeus and Travel Startups Incubator.
"The Amadeus for Startups program directly supports the entrepreneurial and creative spirit ingrained in startups. We are excited to partner with Travel Startups Incubator, who share our commitment to fostering innovation and long-term relationships with our startup participants looking to establish or advance their online footprint and future success," Argüelles said.

Travel Startups Incubator will work closely with Amadeus' online travel experts, who will provide personalized support, account management and technical and operational sales support to further optimize the solutions put forth by participating startups. Amadeus will provide expert guidance to startups looking to build their customer base, convert traffic, retain clients and personalize their sites for unique customer experiences.
Amadeus' advisors, mentors, consulting services and IT technology will be available to the incubator's portfolio of startups, while also providing marketing support to promote Travel Startups Incubator across the world.
In turn, Travel Startups Incubator will connect Amadeus to emerging startups seeking travel technology and/or distribution expertise and support.

Travel Startups Incubator, hosted by the TravelStartups.co platform, provides investments of up to $50,000 to travel startups and entrepreneurs. It also features informative articles and a private network of advisors, mentors, partners and investors.
