ResQBattery is like a very tiny life-saving solution for your smartphone. Like Mighty Mouse, it flies right in and supercharges a dead phone into one that will again let you call, text or surf the web.

For the person who might be planning a camping expedition or a backpacking adventure, ResQBattery is that last level of defense, fending off that shove off the grid thanks to a drained battery.
And it's pretty too.

We have yet to take it out for a test run, but the idea is promising. According to a release, the device retails for $11.99 for a pack of two and is disposable. The website promises the battery is made of eco-friendly components that limits its footprint when discarded.
At the moment, you can get your very own, which works with Micro USB connectors at Amazon, eBags, Zulily, eBay and Shopcade.
That means, for the moment, you have an adrenaline shot for your Android phones. However, iPhone solutions are being prepared now. An Apple version should be available by early fall.
This would be an amazing find for those traveling through a city or airport without the benefit of a nearby power outlet to utilize.
According to founder and CEO Idit Hoter-Ishay, that would be the ultimate use of the ResQBattery: "Smartphone users are busy, and have little time to recharge power banks over and over. Many are price-sensitive and looking to spend just a few dollars on a cable-free pocket charger to help get them out of a fix. ResQBattery does just that, all wrapped up in a chic yet simple design. I envision one day ResQBattery will be available in every deli, convenience store and gas station, providing peace of mind to smartphone users, that they'll never get caught off guard again."
