In ways to help reduce, reuse and recycle, guests are given sports water bottles to use for their stay. This has helped cut back on half a million discarded plastic bottles per year in Jamaica.

Couples Resorts also sources locally to aid local artists and companies, as well as committing to local beach preservation and carbon footprint reduction to help save energy.

As Couples Resorts owner Jane Issa says, they will "do our part in keeping Jamaica clean and uncontaminated."
