    Royal Sonesta New Orleans Completes Major Website Upgrade

    Royal Sonesta New Orleans has completed a major upgrade to its website, adding new features and improved navigation — a new look, new style and new vibe!

    This summer, the entire website was rebuilt from the ground up, in an effort to make it as pleasant and convenient as a stay at any of the company’s renowned hotels and resorts. The new web design is much easier to move through and helps visitors complete frequent online activities much more simply.

    The refreshed site is part of Sonesta International Hotels Corp.’s companywide relaunch of all websites for its premier hotel and resorts. Various upgrades include more photos to give users a comprehensive picture of Sonesta’s rich decor and varied services, and key suggestions for other hotels that might help guests find a new Sonesta location.     Highlighted offers appear as colorful graphics on every hotel’s home page to keep guests up to date on the latest packages and discounts. Additionally, an improved Sonesta Travel Pass portal now offers a simpler explanation of the frequent-guest program and helps keep track of loyalty reward points, status and qualifying nights.

Brigette Folse Sonesta in the NOLA

Brigette Folse Brigette T. Folse is responsible for the leadership, effectiveness and productivity of the Royal Sonesta New Orleans’ sales organization. Folse has over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry that includes overseeing several major hotel openings. Before joining the Royal Sonesta New Orleans, Folse served as the associate director of sales for the Hyatt Regency New Orleans. While at Loews Hotels, Folse served as associate director of sales at the Loews Coronado Bay Resort & Spa in San Diego and as the national sales manager for the opening of Loews New Orleans. Folse has held additional managerial positions at both the J.W. Marriott and Hotel Monaco in New Orleans.
