Leading travel agency franchise Dream Vacations/CruiseOne has broken its group sales record this year thanks to its new Groups Application, a platform that launched in February for franchise owners to manage group booking easier.
The group platform success was announced at the two-day virtual Group Summit for Dream Vacations/CruiseOne travel advisors. The event saw over 200 attendees participate from around the country.
Additionally, the Groups Application is getting even better. During the summit, the host agency announced that travel advisors can now create a custom landing page for their groups; have access to professionally designed email and landing page templates to enhance marketing; a custom-designed postcard option that franchise owners can use to showcase the benefits of working with them to potential clients; and better social media offerings.

“We are thrilled to see how much of a difference-maker the new groups application is on our franchise owners’ group sales,” said Drew Daly, senior vice president and general manager of Dream Vacations/CruiseOne. “The success of the new application is a testament to our commitment to innovation and offering our franchise owners the latest tools and technology to take their group business to the next level.”
Travel advisors who are interested in the Groups Application or any other benefits that are provided to Dream Vacations/CruiseOne franchise owners should visit the dedicated website.
