Katie Jackson

Born in Montana, Katie Jackson was raised on a 1500-acre farm before being educated in the concrete jungle of New York City. She's usually riding her bike or chasing after her Leonberger when she's not covering travel, food and all things lifestyle. Her work has been published by USA Today, Fox News, Bicycling, TODAY, The Sunday Times, and Outside Magazine. Currently, she splits her time between Montana, Tenerife and Northern Thailand.
