Sanya Weston is the CEO of Your Premier Travel Group and the founder of Young People Travel Global Edge, award-winning organizations dedicated to providing transformative travel experiences for professionals and youth alike. She leads a team of travel advisors in both the U.S. and Kenya, delivering exceptional service and curated global experiences. Weston has earned two Gold Magellan Awards and numerous other honors recognizing her excellence in international philanthropy and work with youth. She is also the creator of an international training and mentorship program, supporting emerging professionals across the U.S. and the African diaspora.
She currently serves on advisory boards for Delta Vacations and NorthStar Travel Group, and has previously served on boards including the Association of Black Travel Professionals, Travel Market Report, and the Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Board. Weston also leads the advisory board for Delaware State University’s Hospitality and Tourism Management Department, preparing students for leadership roles and fostering meaningful industry relationships.
