There are three levels of service through Blue Ribbon Bags: The first level covers bags for up to $1,000, the second covers bags up to $1,500 and the third level covers bags for up to $2,000. Fees start at $5 per bag.
Passengers are provided with access to a dedicated customer service representative who will assist with the baggage recovery process and they can file claims 24 hours a day through the company's website.
