The new integration allows advisors to seamlessly transform confirmed ALG Vacations reservations into polished, personalized itineraries in seconds, eliminating manual work and creating a faster, more streamlined workflow, ALG announced today.
The integration extends ALGV’s commitment to providing advisors with technology and workflow solutions that help them work more efficiently while delivering greater value to travelers.

Once a reservation is confirmed, advisors simply enter their ALG Vacations reservation ID into Tern’s itinerary builder or agentic AI chat to instantly import booking details and create a client-ready itinerary. From there, Tern’s AI-powered tools can help personalize the experience with recommendations, guidance, and curated additions.
