The American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA) has announced a trio of leadership appointments designed to strengthen its support for members and further enhance its marketing and communications efforts.
The organization confirmed that Pam Bonin has been appointed Senior Director of Member Care and Services, while Jaci Miller has been named Director of Membership Sales and Engagement.
Finally, Margo Van Ness will take over as Senior Director of Marketing and Communications.
Bonin and Miller are tasked with leading ASTA's membership team in close partnership to focus on deepening member relationships and growing ASTA's community of travel advisors while boosting membership value.
Meanwhile, Van Ness will build on her previous work to strengthen ASTA’s voice and visibility by stepping up to ensure the organization's marketing and communications efforts are closely integrated, strategically focused and positioned to support its broader goals, ASTA said.
"This announcement reflects the strong talent we have within ASTA and the importance of aligning our teams around the work that matters most: serving our members, growing our reach and strengthening the value and visibility of the travel advisor profession," ASTA President and CEO Zane Kerby said in a statement.
"Pam, Jaci and Margo have each demonstrated a deep commitment to ASTA and its members, and I am confident they will make a significant impact in these roles," he added.
