Allegiant Air announced twelve new nonstop routes to popular
vacation destinations, starting in Spring 2024.
To celebrate the low-cost airline’s network option expansion
in 22 cities around the United States, Allegiant is offering one-way fares on
the new routes as low as $49. The new service is scheduled to debut in May
2024.
The carrier also added another Florida airport to its network,
Orlando International Airport, the first new station Allegiant since March
2022. The new routes to Orlando include service from Asheville Regional Airport
(beginning on May 3, 2024), Lehigh Valley International Airport (May 16, 2024)
and McGhee Tyson Airport (May 17, 2024).
“We are thrilled to offer Allegiant travelers new
destination options taking off this Spring,” Allegiant Senior Vice President Drew
Wells said. “The announcement of new service is a celebration of the success
we've had in these markets.”
“Also, the addition of a new station makes us a more dynamic
airline,” Wells continued. “We are committed to opening the door to accessible
travel in as many markets as possible and know our customers appreciate the
low-cost, nonstop options offered by Allegiant.”
Allegiant is also connecting Orlando Sanford International
Airport to Rapid City Regional Airport on May 15, 2024; St. Pete-Clearwater
International Airport to Bismarck Airport on May 15, 2024; and Los Angeles
International Airport to Billings-Logan International Airport on May 16, 2024.
Other routes include Nashville International Airport to Chicago
Rockford International Airport (May 16, 2024), Harry Reid International Airport
to Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport (May 16, 2024), and Punta Gorda Airport to Dulles
International Airport (May 16, 2024).
In addition, the low-cost carrier is offering new flights
between Newark Liberty International Airport and Appleton International Airport
(May 17, 2024), Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and Cherry
Capital Airport (May 17, 2024), and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport and Eugene
Airport (May 31, 2024).
