Mexican airline Interjet announced it has signed a collaboration agreement with Emirates.
According to El Economista, the new partnership between Interjet and Emirates will give passengers from both airlines access to the 55 destinations in eight countries served by the Mexican carrier.
"It is a pleasure to enter into partnership with an airline such as Emirates, which is concerned, as we are, with offering the highest standards of service quality," Interjet CEO Jose Luis Garza told El Economista. "It will be an honor to transport your travelers through our destinations operated with one of the most modern fleets in the continent."
Interjet's latest collaboration agreement comes after the company has continued to build relationships with airlines across the world, including recent deals with Japan Airlines and Taiwanese carrier Eva Air.
The Mexican airline also has collaboration agreements with other international carriers, like All Nippon Airways, American Airlines, British Airways, Hahn Air, Iberia and Lufthansa.
