Qatar Airways' highly anticipated "Qsuite" has delivered an impressive industry-first, allowing business class passengers to create a double bed in the sky.
According to the Evening Standard, the Qsuite feature rolled out on the airline's daily Boeing 777 service from London to Doha.
Passengers simply remove the privacy screen in the four-person suite to create a comfortable and spacious sleeping area.

"We have the first double bed in the sky so people traveling together are able to avail themselves of that," Qatar Airways' senior vice president for Europe, Jonathan Harding, told the Evening Standard.
Overall, the Qsuite is incredibly versatile.
"If you're traveling by yourself you get privacy, particularly in one of our window seats, but our quads can be configured in a way that is very flexible and comfortable," added Harding.
"Our unique and patented design is a world-first in many ways and challenges industry norms by offering passengers more privacy, more choice and more personalization," Qatar Airways CEO Akbar Al Baker said in a statement earlier this year.

Despite being so new, the Qsuite is already winning over travelers.
Aviation analyst Alex Macheras called it "the best business class in the skies today," according to the Evening Standard. Macheras was impressed with its "very comfortable bed, beautiful onboard decor and furnishings".
The airline plans to introduce Qsuite to the rest of its business class fleet over time. It will soon be available on long-haul flights to Paris and New York.
