Watch Two Planes Collide While Taxiing at Seattle Airport

A taxiing plane crashed into a parked aircraft in the latest disconcerting aviation incident at Washington's Seattle-Tacoma International Airport on Wednesday.

Fortunately, no injuries were reported after Japan Airlines Flight 68's right wing collided with the tail of the parked Delta Air Lines Flight 1921.

The accident, which occurred around 10 a.m. local time Wednesday, was captured on video and shared to social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter.

"We sincerely apologize to all involved for any inconvenience. The detailed cause and circumstances are currently under investigation," Japan Airlines said in a statement to USA TODAY.

Passengers on both aircraft were deplaned and accommodated on future flights, the airport confirmed.

The scary incident comes less than a week after an American Airlines regional jet collided with an Army helicopter on approach to Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, killing all 67 people aboard both aircraft.
