On Tyler Anderson's Social Media Hour podcast, he addresses some of the stresses business travelers face.
"Whether you're traveling to seal new deals, attending industry conferences, or are visiting existing clients, traveling for business can be draining. Luckily, there are a number of things you can do before and during your trip that make business travel easier," notes Anderson.
The episode tackles some of the ways you can smooth out your travel experience, including popular ideas such as TSA Pre-Check, earning frequent-flier miles by building loyalty on a couple of different airlines and going premium economy.
Anderson also has some packing tips for business travelers that include packing a muscle massager and using Therabands for in-room workouts. He also recommends bringing your own Wi-Fi hotspot, portable chargers, noise-canceling headphones, wrinkle-free spray and mix and match outfits.

"Fit it all in a carry-on - anytime you check a bag there is always the chance it could get lost," Anderson recommends to listeners.
Staying hydrated is also important and Anderson recommends his favorite water bottle.
"I am a huge fan of hydroflask. It keeps your beverage so cold. Make sure it's empty for security. If there's a soda station, you can fill it with free water," he suggests.
